Flavor Profile:

This chicken seasoning blend has an herby flavor profile with sweet and citrus undertones.

How to Use:

The grill is where we first tried this seasoning blend, but since then we've also used Flipping the Bird on baked chicken wings which are equally delicious. I have also used this on both scrambled eggs and roasted oven chicken.  This is an award-winning blend used at a barbecue contest on smoked chicken. 

As with most of our blends we recommend using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken. You can always add more if you want more flavor.
